Since the human species was named “Homo sapiens” 267 years ago, we have learned a whole lot more about ourselves, our planet and our relationship to our planet.   That’s why we might start to think of ourselves as “Geo sapiens” – the Earth-wise Human.

Join Martin Ogle to explore this new view of humanity as experienced through plants and animals along our path, contemplation of the Rockies looming in the distance, a delightful pre-school building at which we’ll start and end, and much more!  This mid-summer walk will be a relaxed (3/4 mile) foray around the neighborhood of Treehouse Learning with occasional stops with insights and activities along the way.  Cold lemonade upon our return!

Where to meet: Meet at Treehouse Learning, 175 N 96th Street, Louisville, CO.
