We'll look for arriving winter waterfowl and raptors at Stearns Lake and surrounding open spaces. With luck the resident Bald Eagle pair will be visible, and maybe there will even be an early Swamp Sparrow in the cattails. Plan on walking up to two miles on flat trails. All ages and experience levels welcome.

Where to meet: Meet at the parking lot west of Stearns Lake at Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm at 2190 South 104th street, Broomfield, CO.
