Boulder Birds and Brew 7th Anniversary Celebration !!!

  • 1898 South Flatiron Court Boulder, CO, 80301 (map)

Please RSVP on the Meetup page if you’re already a member or would like to sign up with Meetup.

If you’re not a Meetup member, just email anntagawa@msn.com with your name to register for this event.

You are invited to celebrate with the Boulder County Audubon Society as Boulder Birds and Brew begins our 8th year of enjoying the birds in our area and learning about their amazing life cycles from our great local guides.

We have rented both the private room and the adjoining patio area for drinking, eating, and socializing at Upslope Brewing Co. Bring either $10 in cash or check to enter. This amount will pay for your first drink of choice. We will provide snacks and pizza at no charge.

Carol McCasland, treasurer of BCAS, will give a short talk about the chapter''s activities. Then we will have a very special speaker -- Ted Floyd, the Editor of Birding magazine, the award-winning flagship publication of the American Birding Association. He has written five books on birds, including the Smithsonian Field Guide to the Birds of North America (2008) and How to Know the Birds (National Geographic 2019). Ted is a dynamic and entertaining speaker and he will do a slide presentation on "A Bird for Each Month of the Year in Boulder County."

As always, please be sure that you plan to attend before signing up for this special event. And if you sign up and then are unable to attend, cancel your RSVP so that someone else can have your place. Thank you for being considerate.

Where to Meet: We will gather at Upslope Brewing, 1898 South Flatiron Court, Boulder.
